Jury: Bebb innocent by reason of insanity

“Not guilty by reason of insanity.”
Athens County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Ward read the verdict from the jury after the aggravated murder trial of Jonathan Bebb, who stood accused of murdering his father, Phillip Bebb. Immediately afterward, Ward ordered Bebb, 33, to be committed to Twin Valley Behavioral Health Care’s Timothy B. Moritz Forensic Unit in Columbus.
